MEET THE FOUNDER

My journey in preventive healthcare began nearly a decade ago - shaped by my own experience with an eating disorder, deepened through advanced nutrition science, and refined by working with over 5,000 individuals to help them look, move, and feel their best.

If I had a dime for every time I was asked for supplement recommendations - oh, well, you know the drill. But I hesitated to endorse products because I couldn’t find ones I trusted completely.

So, I built my own.

I co-founded The Primary with a simple belief: better health starts with better ingredients. Precision over pseudoscience. Minimal yet powerful formulas that deliver exactly what your body needs - nothing more, nothing less.
